Great: The printer should offer value for money and excel in all or most areas that it was designed for. When performing particular tasks it should exhibit award winning capabilities.
Good: The printer generally needs to perform it's duties to a high standard and offer good value. There may be room for improvement in some areas or missing features that prevent a better score.
OK: The printer is neither good or bad. May offer decent print quality but suffer from operational problems. Rating may be downgraded from Good due to high running costs or short service life?
Poor: Print quality, speed, reliability, and running costs may contribute to its downfall in ratings.
Bad: Printer may be unreliable, very expensive to use, suffer from poor print quality and usability.
